If you have purchased or received a product directly from www.loch.life and would like to return it, a refund can be issued within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in the same condition you received them in. To initiate a return, please send your product, in its original packaging, to us at:

• If you prefer us to arrange a pickup for your return, a fee of 21 AED will apply.
  
• If you choose to visit our office and drop off the product, there will be no charge.
  
• Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return from the day we receive your returned items at our warehouse.
